Yummy pimento cheese

For my birthday, my friend, Mary gave a couple of subscriptions for magazines published by Hoffman Media to me. My first one arrived a week or so ago and I sat down and looked at it immediately!! I found a wonderful recipe for a pimento cheese and nut spread. I just had to try it out. It was such an easy recipe with ingredients like cream cheese, shredded cheese, pimentos, pecans and the surprise ingredient - dried cranberries! My picture of the finished product isn't so great but don't let my picture fool you -- delish!!!!!
